Imagine Yoga & Sound Therapy
A founder-led sound-healing studio in St. Kitts, rebuilt as a real operations tool for a non-technical owner.

Dale Amory — a Montessori-school founder turned sound therapist, non-technical — was running the business on a template site with no backend behind it. The ask wasn't really “make it prettier.” It was “give me an ops tool on my phone”: a way to see booking inquiries, quote them, track customers, and edit her own homepage and journal copy without calling a developer.
Who it's for
Locals, visitors, couples, and wellness travelers booking private or group sound-healing sessions in Frigate Bay — quoted and confirmed through a guided flow, not a generic booking widget.
What's inside
A step-by-step path — journey, format, date, details, confirmation — for custom-quoted private sessions. Group retreats run on a separate signup track.
Mirrored identically as a web portal and a native app: realtime inquiry inbox, retreat management, homepage and journal editing, customer CRM.
“Hep,” tuned to Dale's own voice, answers visitor questions on-site.
Live, webhook-verified checkout replacing a hardcoded manual payment link, plus transactional email for quotes and confirmations.
Off the old platform and onto a custom domain.
Under the hood
Built once, shipped twice
The owner-facing tools exist in two parity-locked surfaces — a web admin and a native app — hitting the same backend, under a standing rule that no feature ships to only one.
The hero image people assume is a video is actually a single high-res photo with a heavy vignette and scroll-triggered fades — no animation library, kept deliberately light for a photo-heavy site.
Built and launched in two phases — an initial build followed by a later redesign push to the version live today.
